A few things
worth knowing.
Get to know the workflow, the customer knowledge behind it and how PulseAI fits your desktop.
What is PulseAI?
PulseAI is an AI-native desktop CRM built around conversations. Organize the customer information you provide, keep relationships and business context connected, and ask questions using the knowledge you have retained.
What does AI-native mean?
AI organizes the notes you provide, maintains customer context as new information arrives and retrieves relevant information through conversation. You start with what happened, rather than designing fields and configuring pipelines. Account, workspace and engine setup are separate.
Who is PulseAI for?
Owners, customer-facing operators and teams in small to mid-market businesses. Both individual service clients and business accounts belong in the picture.
Is this a browser CRM?
PulseAI is a desktop application. This website lets you explore its workflow through a guided demonstration with sample data. Your customer workspace does not run in this page.
How can I see PulseAI in my workflow?
Request a demo to discuss how you manage customer relationships, explore the desktop workflow and talk through access and next steps.
Do I need to configure fields or pipelines?
Customer information starts with the notes and conversations you supply. Read-only customer and business views are derived from that context; you do not need to design a data model before capturing a note.
Does PulseAI automatically record every conversation?
The workflow shown here starts with information you supply: notes, pasted emails or transcripts. Choose what you want to retain.
What happens when customer information changes?
New information can update current context while the earlier wording remains available for inspection. Review the change and the supporting source before relying on a detail.
Where is customer memory stored?
Customer facts live in local Markdown workspace files. AI processing can send messages, authorized excerpts and tool results to the selected provider. Local files do not mean that AI inference is offline. Read Data & Privacy for the boundary.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. Check the supporting wording and review changes before making a decision. Source inspection helps you understand an answer; it does not guarantee that every answer is correct.
Do I need to choose a workflow or type a command?
No. Type your customer note, update or question in ordinary language. PulseAI selects the relevant workflow. If a customer name needs clarification or a new record needs confirmation, it asks in the conversation.
How does customer memory help my business?
Each note can add needs, preferences, decisions and commitments to customer memory. Bring them back together before a visit or call, understand what changed and see which needs or open requests deserve a follow-up. Maya shows relationship continuity; Northstar shows people, a proposed deal and dated next steps.
Why choose PulseAI for customer relationship management?
Choose a workflow where your words become the lasting customer record. Capture without designing fields or pipelines, see company, client and business views derived from retained knowledge, and inspect the source behind an answer. Your customer memory stays in readable local files; AI processing uses the selected provider as explained in Data & Privacy.
Lasting customer memory. Stronger relationships. Clearer next steps.
